Quick Buttermilk Biscuits

Ingrients & Directions


3 c Sifted flour 5 tb Sacco Buttermilk Blend
1 ts Salt 1/2 c Oil
1 tb Baking powder 1 c Water
1/2 ts Baking soda

Sift dry ingredients. Make a well in the center & add oil/water all
at once. Stir well. Pat into a solid mass & divide into 8 pieces.
Roll each into a ball and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at
450 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. To freeze for later: Bake for 7-8
minutes, until risen. Freeze. To thaw & serve – Bake at 450 degrees
for 8 to 10 minutes in the top half of the oven.
