Southern Tea Cakes

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Shortening
1 3/4 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1/2 c Milk
1/2 ts Vanilla
3 c Flour, self-rising

In a mixing bowl, cream together shortening and sugar. Beat in eggs.
Add milk and vanilla; beat well. Stir in flour; mix well. Drop by
tablespoonsful 2 1/2″ apart onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350?
for 15-20 minutes. (very good)
