Sugar Free Chocolate Fudge

Ingrients & Directions


2 ea Packages (8 oz each) cream 24 ea Packets sugar substitute
-cheese, softened -(equivalent to 1/2 c.
2 ea Squares (1 oz each) -sugar)
-unsweetened chocolate, 1 t Vanilla extract
-melted and cooled 1/2 c Chopped pecans

In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, chocolate, sweetener
and vanilla until smooth. Stir in pecans. Pour into and 8″ square
pan, lined with foil. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cut into 16
squares. Serve chilled. NOTE: The recipe calls for aspertame type
sweetner. Diabetic exchanges: One serving equals 3 fat, 147 calories.
