2 Unsweetened chocolate; (1 o 1 ts Vanilla extract
1 Butter or margarine; (1/2 c 1 lb Powdered sugar; (3 1/2 cups
1/4 c Milk; (or 1/2 and 1/2 or ev 1 c Peanuts; dry roasted
Milk)
Microwave chocolate, butter, and milk in a 2qt. microwave-safe bowl
for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes at MED-HIGH (70%) see* below, until
butter looks melted. Stir until smooth and choc. is melted. Stir in
vanilla; beat in sugar gradually until mixture is smooth and creamy,
but not crumbly. Sir in nuts. Pour into a buttered 8 inch square pan.
Chill to firm (20 mins).
