Ingrients & Directions
2 oz Unsweetened chocolate; 2 sq 1 ts Vanilla extract
1/2 c Butter; or margarine 3 1/2 c Powdered sugar
1/4 c Milk;or 1/2 & 1/2) 1 c Peanuts; dry roasted
Microwave chocolate, butter, and milk in a 2qt. microwave- safe bowl
for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes at MED-HIGH (70%) see* below, until
butter looks melted. Stir until smooth and choc. is melted. Stir in
vailla; beat in sugar gradually until mixture is smooth and creamy,
but not crumbly. Sir in nuts. Pour into a buttered 8 inch square pan.
Chill to firm (20 mins). Cut into squares.
