COOKIES
1 Devils Food Cake mix
1 c Sugar
1 c Mayonnaise
1 c Flour
1/4 ts Salt
4 tb Cocoa
1 ts Vanilla
1 1/2 ts Baking soda; dissolved in
1 tb Water, warm
FILLING
1 lb Powdered sugar
1 1/2 c Butter
4 ts Vanilla
1 c Crisco
1 1/2 Small jar marshmallow cream
Drop cake mixture by Tablespoons on cookie sheet and bake 8-10 minutes at
350~. After the cakes have cooled, fill with the creme mixture between 2 of
the cookies.
