Ingrients & Directions
1 c Wesson oil
2 c Sugar
2 Eggs (beaten)
2 ts Vanilla
3 c Flour
1 ts Soda
1 ts Cinnamon (or pumpkin
-pie spice)
1/2 ts Salt
3 c Apple (peeled and
-finely chopped)
1 c Chopped nuts
Mix first four ingredients. Sift dry ingredients together and add.
Add nuts and apples. Bake in bundt pan or one pound coffee cans at
350 approximately one hour. Frost if desired.
