2 c Bread flour
1 ts Salt
2 tb Sugar
1 tb Dry milk (I use buttermilk)
1 tb Butter ( slivered)
1 pk Yeast

Breadmaker book Here is a MEDIUM white bread: Place all ingredients in
bucket and press ‘start’. Process 4 hours and 10 minutes. Remove from
bucket. Brush with butter for softer crust. Cool. Store….or EAT!
