Ingrients & Directions


3 c Flour
3 ts Baking powder
2 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Salt
1 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1 1/2 c Milk
2 tb Wesson oil
1 c Nuts; cut in pieces

Pre-heat oven to 325?. Mix and sift all dry ingredients. Beat eggs and add
milk. Stir all together and mix well. Stir in the nuts and oil. Pour into
greased bread pan. Let stand 1/2 hour. Bake 50 to 60 minutes. Some add a
cup of raisins too.
