1 c All purpose flour
1 c Quaker Oats quick Oatmeal;
-uncooked
1/2 ts Salt
2 1/2 ts Baking powder
1 1/3 c Milk
1 Egg
2 tb Melted Land O Lakes butter
Combine flour, oatmeal, salt and baking powder. With spoon, slowly beat in
milk, egg and butter. Drop by spoonfuls on greased griddle until browned on
both sides. Makes 12-16 pancakes.
