1 pk Active dry yeast — l/4 3/4 c Cream-style cottage cheese
Ounce 3/4 c Sour cream
3 1/2 c Bread flour 3 tb Sugar
1/4 ts Salt 3 tb Minced dried onion
1 ea Egg — unbeaten room temp 2 tb Dill seed
1/4 c Water 1 1/2 tb Butter or margarine
In bread machine pan, place first four ingredients in order given. In
a saucepan, combine remaining ingredients and heat just until warm
(do not boil). Pour into bread pan. Select “white bread” setting.
Bake according to bread machine directions. Yield: 1 large loaf
