1 1/4 c Flour
1 Egg
1 c Buttermilk
1/4 c Granulated sugar
1 Heaping tsp. baking powder
1 ts Baking soda
c Vegetable oil
Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Use a nonstick pan, or use the
nonstick spray. Combine everything else in a blender until smooth.
Pour batter into the pan to make 5-inch circles. When the edges
harden, flip the pancakes. They should be light brown. Cook the other
side for the same amount of time.
