Graham cracker crumbs
1 Stick butter
1 1/2 c Confectioner’s sugar
1 pn Salt
1 Egg
1/2 pt Whipping cream
1 cn Crushed pineapple; drained
Cream butter, sugar & salt; add the egg. Beat mixture well. Make a graham
cracker crust in bottom of an 8×8-inch pan (mix graham cracker crumbs with
a little melted butter, spread on bottom of pan & press down). Pour mixture
over crust. Whip cream; add pineapple. Spread over batter & top with
additional graham cracker crumbs. Chill.
