Poppy Seed Snack Bread

Ingrients & Directions


1 pk White cake mix 4 ea Eggs — lightly beaten
(l8-1/2 ounces)without 1 c Hot water
Pudding 1/2 c Vegetable oil
1 pk Instant coconut cream 2 tb Poppy seeds
Pudding mix — 3.4 ounces

In a mixing bowl, combine the cake and pudding mixes, eggs, water and
oil; beat for 2 minutes. Fold in poppy seeds. Pour into two greased
and floured 8-1/2-in. x 4-1/2-in. x 2-1/2-in. loaf pans. Bake at 350
deg. for 35-40 minutes or until golden. Yield: 2 loaves
