1 lb Crab meat,picked over
2 Eggs
1 ts Old Bay Seasoning
1 ts Prepared mustard
1 1/2 sl Of toasted white bread
-crumbs
Mix above ingredients except crabmeat with a whisk until smooth. Handle
crabmeat as lightly as possible so it will not shred. Slowly add the
crabmeat and stir with your hands very carefully until blended. Shape into
patties and fry in 1 1/2 inches of hot oil until golden brown.
