Ingrients & Directions
1 c Flour
1 c Sugar
1 1/2 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla
2 cn Sliced peaches
Mix together and pour into baking dish. Drain peaches and save juice.
Put peaches on top of pie crust mix. Measure peach juice and add
enough water to make 3 cups. Add 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Heat and pour over fruit and bake at 350 .
