Zucchini Pineapple Bread

Ingrients & Directions


3 Eggs
1 ts Salt
1 c Oil
1/2 ts Baking powder
2 c Sugar
1 1/2 ts Cinnamon
2 ts Vanilla
3/4 ts Nutmeg
2 c Grated zucchini
1 c Chopped walnuts
8 oz Crushed pineapple
1 c Raisins or currants
2 ts Baking soda
3 c Flour
Mix in order given. Bake in
-2 floured 9 x 5 loaf pans
-at
350 Degrees for 1 hours. Cool 10
-minutes in pan and then on

rack.
