Apple Pie Filling

Ingrients & Directions


6 qt Jars packed tightly with
-apple slices

-BLEND-
4 1/2 c Sugar
1 c Cornstarch
2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Nutmeg
1 ts Salt.

Yield: 6qts, or 12 pts

Stir into 10 cups water, and cook over med heat till thick and bubbly. Add
3 tsp lemon juice, and pour over apples. Leave 1 inch head space. Water
bath 20 min for qts, and 15 min for pints.
