2 c BROWN SUGAR 1 ts SODA
1 ea EGG 1 ts BAKING POWDER
1 c SOUR MILK 1 ts NUTMEG
1 c SHORTENING

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER WITH ENOUGH FLOUR TO MAKE A SOFT DOUGH. ROLL
DOUGH TO ABOUT 1/4 INCH THICK AND CUT OUT COOKIES WITH YOUR FAVORITE
COOKIE CUTTER. BAKE AT 375 DEG F FOR 8 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE.
