Mix by hand
Turn into greased 9×13″ pan
bake 350o oven 25-30 minutes
cool completely
ICING: BOIL SUGAR, BUTTER AND MILK 1 MINUTE. ADD 6 OZ. CHOCOLATE CHIPS
(DAIRY FREE SEMI SWEET) POUR AND SPREAD IMMEDIATELY.
