Ingrients & Directions


———————INGREDIENTS FOR CORN BREAD S———————
1 Pan corn bread
1 pt Mayonnaise
2 Stalks celery; chopped
1 lg Bell pepper; chopped
1 cn Chopped pimientos; small
1 c Chopped green onions and
-stalks
1/2 c Pecans; texas
1 lg Tomato; diced

———————INGREDIENTS FOR DRUNK CHICKE———————
1 16 ounce ca beer
1 Whole chicken
Lemon pepper

How to Prepare Corn Bread Salad:

1. Crumble corn bread into bowl.

2. Mix all ingredients and stir.

3. Place in refrigerator to chill.

How to Prepare Drunk Chicken:

1. Cut the whole top off the can of beer. Pour out, or drink, 1/3 of
the liquid, leaving 2/3 can of beer.

2. Pat lemon pepper all over the chicken, inside and out, then slip
the cavity of the chicken down over the beer can.

3. Cook the chicken in a covered smoker or oven at 250 F for two
hours. Chicken will be done when you can pull the leg off easily.
