3/4 c Buttermilk baking mix
3 tb Finely chopped green onions
1 tb Yellow cornmeal
1/4 ts Coarsely ground black
-pepper
1/4 c Cold milk
Preheat oven to 425’F. Stir baking mix, green onions, cornmeal and
pepper in medium bowl to blend. Add milk and stir gently until soft
dough forms. Turn ut dough onto lightly floured surface and knead
just until dough comes together, about 4 turns. Pat out dough to
1/2-inch thickness. Using 2-inch diameter cutter, cut out 4 biscuits.
Gather scraps and pat out dough again to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut out
2 more biscuits. Transfer biscuits to small baking sheet, spacing
evenly.
Bake biscuits until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Serve hot.
