Ingrients & Directions
1 md Onion, chopped Fat or lard or burger grease
1 lb Ground beef Salt and pepper
1 cn Green beans, No. 2 size 1 cn Condensed tomato soup
5 md Potatoes, cooked 10 1/2 oz. size
1 Egg, beaten 1/2 c Warm milk
Cook onion in hot fat (the stuff) until golden. Add meat and
seasonings; brown. Add beans and soup; pour into greased 1 1/2 quart
casserole. Mash the potatoes; add the milk, egg and season. Spoon
in mounds over meat. Bake in moderate oven at 350 degrees for 30
minutes.
