Ingrients & Directions


1 cn Mexe-beans
1 Chopped onion
2 Cloves garlic, chopped
1 Egg replacer
1 c Cornmeal
1 ts Chile powder
1 ts Cumin

Preheat oven to 350F Mix everything, pour in a Pam’ed iron skillet,
bake 10 minutes.
