No Gluten Bread

Ingrients & Directions


2 c Soy flour, defatted
1 c Cornmeal
1 c Brown rice flour
3 ts Baking powder
1/4 c Honey
2 tb Applesauce
2 1/2 c Water

Mix flours and baking powder in largebowl. Add honey, applesauce, and
water. Mix well. (Should be like a cake batter, add a little more water if
necessary.) Pour batter into lightly oiled or non-stick 9 x 5 loaf pan.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 275 degrees until well browned.

HELPFUL HINTS: In place of the rice flour, you can use garbanzo bean flour,
or half rice and half garbanzo.
