Orange Cake

Ingrients & Directions


1 Orange Deluxe Cake Mix;
-(Duncan Hines)
1 pk (3oz) instant Vanilla
-Pudding Mix
1 1/4 c 7-Up
2/3 c Oil
4 Eggs; (1 at a time)

TOPPING
1 cn (8 oz) pineapple
2 tb Cornstarch
1 c Sugar
1/2 c Margarine
1 c Angel Flake Coconut

Stir pineapple, cornstarch and sugar well and cook until clear and thick.
Add margarine and coconut and mix well to above.

Preheat Oven to 350

Mix together above ingredients and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 – 40
minutes.

While cake is baking mix your topping and get ready to pour on cake as soon
as you take it from the oven.

Topping:
8 oz can pineapple 2 TBsp cornstarch 1 Cup sugar Stir well and cook
until clear and thick

Add and mix well to above
1/2 c of margarine 1 Cup Angel Flake Coconut
Pick holes in cake then pour on cake as soon as you take from the oven.
