Peach Cream Pie #2

Ingrients & Directions


Peaches
1 Egg
1 c Sugar
1 c Half & half (I use milk)
1 tb (heaping) flour (if using
-milk add more flour)

Put into an unbaked pie crust fresh or canned peaches (about 3 or so
peaches worth) and then pour the last 4 ingredients, mixed well, over the
top. Bake @425 for 1/2 hour – reduce heat to 350 and bake 1/2 hour more!
That’s it!! It is so easy!
