Apricot Oatmeal Bread

Ingrients & Directions


2 c Biscuit mix 1/4 c Broken walnuts
1 c Quick-cooking oatmeal 3 tb Liquid sucaryl
1/4 ts Salt 1 Egg,beaten
1 ts Baking powder 1 1/4 c Skim milk
1/3 c Dried apricots,chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Combine biscuit mix,oatmeal,salt,baking
powder,apricots,and walnuts.Combine sucaryl,egg,and milk,blending
well.Add to dry ingredients,stirring only to mix.Turn into a freased
loaf pan. Bake 60 minutes or until done.
