Bread Pudding

Ingrients & Directions


4 Eggs
2 c Milk
1/3 c Sugar
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Vanilla
1/4 ts Salt
2 1/2 c Dry bread cubes (about 3 1/2
-slices)
1/2 c Raisins (optional)

Beat together eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Place bread
cubes in an 8×1 1/2-inch round baking dish. Sprinkle raisins over bread.
Pour egg mixture over all. Bake at 325 for 40 to 45 minutes or until a
knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool slightly before serving.
