Ingrients & Directions


1 sl Low-cal bread
2 tb Raisins
1/3 c Non-fat dry milk
2/3 c Water
Artificial sweetner to equal
-4 teaspoons sugar
2 ts Reduced calorie margarine
1 Egg
1 ds Cinnamon
1 ds Nutmeg

Here’s an old weight watchers recipe for Bread Pudding. Makes a great
breakfast!

Place 1 slice toasted bread, broken into pieces, in microwavable bowl. Add
raisins. In blender, blend remaining ingredients and pour over toast and
raisins. Cook in microwave 6 minutes on high, stirring after 3 minutes.
Enjoy!
