Ingrients & Directions


1-1/2 POUND LOAF
1 Egg (plus enough lukewarm
– water (80 to 90 degrees)
– to equal 3/4 cup plus
– 2 tablespoons
1/2 ts Salt
3 tb Sugar
1 tb Margarine/butter, softened
1/2 ts Vanilla
2 1/4 c Gold Medal Better for Bread
– flour
1 tb Dry milk
3/4 c Semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 c Walnut halves
1 1/2 ts Active dry yeast
– or –
1 ts Bread machine yeast

-2-POUND LOAF-

– milk
1 c Semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 c Walnut halves
1 3/4 ts Active dry yeast
– or –
1 ts Bread machine yeast
