Chocolate Chip/oatmeal Cookies

Ingrients & Directions


2 c Butter
2 c Brown sugar
2 c Sugar
4 Eggs
2 ts Vanilla
4 c Flour
5 c Oatmeal
1 ts Salt
2 ts Soda
2 ts Baking powder
24 oz Chocolate chips
8 oz German Chocolate (chopped or
-grated)

Measure oatmeal and then blend in blender or food processor to a fine
powder (this is the secret!!). Cream butter and both sugars; add eggs and
vanilla. Mix together with oatmeal , flour, salt, baking powder, and soda.
Add chocolate chips, German chocolate, and nuts. Roll into balls and place
2″ apart on a cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes at 375. 3 C. chopped peacans
