2 Egg whites (room 1 c Chopped nuts
-temperature) 1 c Chocolate chips
2/3 c Sugar Pinch salt
Beat egg whites until thick and foamy. Add sugar and salt; beat until
stiff. Add pecans and chocolate chips (stir in). Place on foil lined cookie
sheet. Preheat oven to 350 ; turn off oven when you put cookies in and
leave overnight.
