Hazelnut Fudge

Ingrients & Directions


3 c Sugar
1 c Milk
1/2 c Corn syrup
3 oz Unsweetened chocolate
1 c Butter
2 ts Vanilla
1 c Oregon hazelnuts

Cook sugar, milk, corn syrup and butter to 238. Pour into mixing
bowl; add vanilla; cool 15 minutes. Beat until thick. Stir in nuts
and pour into buttered pan.
