Meringue Tart (pinch Pie)

Ingrients & Directions


3 Egg whites 1 ts Vinegar
1/2 ts Baking Powder 1 ts Water
1/8 ts Salt 1 c Sugar
1 ts Vanilla

Combine all ingredients in bowl of mixer except sugar. Beat at high
speed until stiff, then add the sugar 1 tblsp. at a time. Shape on
greased cookie sheet like nests and bake in 250 oven for one hour or
longer.Serve filled with ice cream and fruit or topping of your
choice.
