Sugar-free Fudge

Ingrients & Directions


1/4 c Diet margarine
2 oz Unsweetened chocolate
24 pk Equal
1 ts Vanilla
1 pk Reduced calorie cream
-cheese; softened

Lightly butter 8×8 pan. Melt margarine over low heat. Add chocolate and
stir to melt; remove from heat. Stir in sweetener and vanilla. Combine
mixture with cream cheese and beat until smooth. Spread into prepared pan
and refrigerate until cool. Cut into 64 pieces. Store in fridge.
