Acorn-corn Bread

Ingrients & Directions


1/2 c Acorn meal 1 Egg
1/2 c Cornmeal 1 tb Maple syrup
2 tb Flour 1 tb Cooking oil
2 ts Baking powder 1/2 c Milk
1/2 ts Salt

Mix together the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl beat egg, and add
the liquid ingredients. Combine with a few swift strokes. Pour batter
into a small square greased pan and bake at 425 for 20 min or until
firm to the touch. Serve hot with butter.
