1 3/4 c Flour 1/2 c Apple juice
3/4 c Wheat flour 2 Egg whites
1/2 ts Baking soda 1 tb Vanilla
1/2 c Reduced calorie margarine 1 Large egg
1/4 c Packed brown sugar 3 oz Chocolate chunks, chopped
1/4 c White sugar
Preheat oven to 350 deg f. Combine flour and baking soda on wax paper. In
a large bowl, combine margarine and sugars, beating on high speed for 2
minutes, until creamy. Add apple juice, egg, egg whites and vanilla. Beat
until blended. Add flour mixture. Stir to combine. Drop by teaspoonfuls
onto ungreased baking sheet, 2″ apart. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until
done. Cool on rack.
