Pineapple Cake

Ingrients & Directions


2 c Flour
2 c Sugar
1 cn (no. 2) crushed pineapple
2 Eggs; beaten
2 ts Soda
1 pn Salt

FROSTING
1 pk (8-oz) cream cheese
1 Box confectioner’s sugar
1 Stick butter or margarine

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour into a greased and floured baking
pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Frost while cake is
still warm.

To make frosting: Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Spread on
warm cake.
