Pineapple Cheese Cake

Ingrients & Directions


1 cn Crushed pineapple; drained,
-(14 oz.)
Cinnamon

-CRUST-
1/2 Stick oleo
1 Egg
4 tb Sugar
1 c Flour
1/2 ts Baking powder
1 pn Salt

CHEESE MIXTURE
1 pk Cream cheese; (8 oz.)
9 tb Sugar
2 1/2 tb Flour
2 Unbeaten eggs
2 c Milk
1 1/2 ts Vanilla

Crust: Mix ingredients by hand. Press into greased glass dish, 9 x 13 x
2-inches. Put drained pineapple on crust. Put ingredients for cheese
mixture into blender. Mix one or two minutes. Pour over pineapple and crust
in dish. Cover with cinnamon. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
