Liquid Strawberry Cheesecake

Ingrients & Directions


2/3 c Nonfat buttermilk; cultured
1/2 c Strawberries; washed and
-stemmed, (up to 2/3)
1 tb Sugar
1 Pinches lemon zest; or 1/4
-tsp lemon extract,
-(optional) (up to 2)

Combine all ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend until smooth.
Pour into a tall glass and serve.
