Potato Bread

Ingrients & Directions


2 1/4 ts Yeast 3 ts Chives — chopped
3 c Bread flour 3/4 c Plain mashed potatoes
1 1/2 ts Salt 3/4 c Reserved potato water —
1 tb Sugar Plus 1 tbsp
3 tb Nonfat dry milk powder 1 ts Lemon juice
2 tb Unsalted butter

Use basic cycle and do not use on timer because the water will be
absorbed.
