Southwestern Cheese Cake

Ingrients & Directions


16 oz Cream cheese (soften)
2 c Grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 pk Taco seasoning
3 Eggs (room temperature)
1 4 oz can chopped green
Chilies (drained)
2/3 c Salsa

Combine cheese, beat until fluffy. Stir in 1 cup sour
cream & taco seasoning. Beat in eggs one at a time.
Fold in green chilis. Pour into a 9 inch springform
pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Remove &
cool on wire rack for 10 minutes. Spoon the remaining
1 cup of sour cream over top-spread gently. Return to
oven for 5 minutes. Take out of oven & cool on wire
rack. When cool, regrigerate until ready to serve.
To serve remove outer side of pan – top with salsa.
Serve with Toritilla chips.
