Spicy Tartar Sauce For Seafood

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Sour cream
1 c Mayonnaise
2 Garlic, cloves, crushed
1/4 c Parsley, finely chopped
1 ts Salt
3 tb Sweet pickle relish
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 tb Tarragon, freshly chopped,
-OR 1 ts dried tarragon
1 ts Dry mustard
1 ts Paprika
1/2 ts Tabasco sauce
1 ts Vinegar

Combine all ingredients and blend well. Serve as a dipping
sauce for shellfish, or top off grilled fish steaks (Tuna)
with dollops.
