Banana Pudding Cake

1 x Bananas; 1 or 2 small, ripe
1 ea Yellow cake mix
1 pk Banana cream instant pudding
1 x – mix (4 serving size)
4 ea Eggs
1 c ;water
1/4 c Oil
1/2 c Nuts; finely chopped, opt.

Slice bananas into mixer bowl. Beat until well mashed. Add remaining
ingredients. Blend; then beat at med speed for 2 minutes. Pour into
well greased and floured 10″ tube or Bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 60-70
minutes. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar when cool. Cake may be
baked in a 9×13″ pan for 50-55 min.
