English Muffin Bread

Ingrients & Directions


2 ts Yeast 1 ts Salt
3 tb Nonfat dry milk 2 ts Sugar
3 c Bread flour 1 1/4 c Water
1/4 ts Baking soda

Add ingredients to the ABM in the order listed. Water should be
between 105 and 125 degrees F. Feels warm to touch but not hot
Makes a 1 1/2 lb loaf excellent for toast in morning.
