2 c Bread Flour
1 c Wheat flour
2 1/2 ts Yeast; to 3 tsp
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 Tbl sugar
1 1/2 Tbl Dry Milk Powder
1 1/2 Tbl butter
1 1/2 c Warm Water; Less 2 Tbl
