Pecan Pie #01

Ingrients & Directions


1 Unbaked pie shell
3 Eggs
1 c Sugar
1 c White corn syrup
1/2 ts Vanilla
2 tb Butter
2 tb Lemon juice
1 c Chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350. Beat eggs lightly, then add next 5 ingredients. Place
pecans in pie shell. Pour in mixed ingredients. Bake at 350 for about 45
minutes.
