Sylvia’s Potato Bud Bread

Ingrients & Directions

1/2 tb Yeast 1/2 tb Salt
2 1/4 c Flour, bread 1 tb Oil
3 tb Potato buds 1 lg Eggs
3 tb Milk, powdered 7/8 c Water; warm
1/2 tb Sugar

Bring bread ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in
order. Set “baking control” at 11 o’clock. Select “white bread” and
push Start.

In hot & humid weather, use 1/8 c less water.

Tested in DAK R2D2. Sylvia’s comments: coarse bread, but tasty.
