Banana Cake

Ingrients & Directions


7 Eggs, separated
1/4 c Potato starch
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 c Chopped nuts
3/4 c Cake flour
1 c Sugar
1/4 ts Salt
1 c Mashed bananas

Beat yolks with 1/2 cup sugar, add bananas and sifted flour and
starch. Beat whites, andd 1/2 cup sugar and fold into yolks. Fold in
nuts. Pour batter into ungreased tube cake pan. Bake in preheated
oven at 325 F. for about 40-50 min. Remove, invert and hang pan
until cool.
